“The Sweet Life” returns this Friday, October 25th, on ERT’s First Program and Voice of Greece, with stories full of flavors and aromas. A truly sweet life, especially when guest in the studio is the renowned pastry chef Stelios Parliaros.
At one of the most creative periods of his career, the top pastry chef joins the gastronomy show The Sweet Life to share traditional Greek dessert recipes and captivates us with his unique storytelling, recounting moments from his journey to the top of the pastry world.
Also: Limniona is an emerging wine variety from Thessaly, and winemaker Christos Zafeirakis, who knows it better than anyone, aims to explore its full potential. Known as the “Maestro of Limniona,” he will join us to introduce us to the various expressions of this variety and take us through the history and vineyards of Tyrnavos.
