On November 15, 2024, Take Your Time hosted Themis Kallos from Sydney, the Director of the Greek Program at SBS Public Radio, in a comprehensive discussion with Prokopis Angelopoulos.
Themis Kallos was born in Lamia in 1966 and emigrated to Australia in 1988. He studied Journalism and Radio Production at the Communication School of the University of Technology in Sydney and also took courses in SBS Radio for employees. His main focus is on covering the Greek community and all areas of news and current affairs. In the past, he worked as a correspondent for Voice of Greece in Australia. At SBS Radio, he has served as General Program Director and twice as Station Director. Since 2015, he has been the Director of the Greek Program at SBS Radio in Australia. He has also worked in the Greek community press, with articles and interviews regularly published in media outlets from the Greek Diaspora, Greece, and Cyprus.
