The show Take Your Time, hosted by Prokopis Agelopoulos, welcomed 74-year-old runner Dimitris Vlachandreas from Australia, who is participating in the 41st Athens Marathon, “The Authentic 2024,” taking place on November 10.
Alongside the marathon, the Greek National Marathon Championship and the 10-kilometer race will also be held, while the 5-kilometer race is scheduled for the day prior.
Mr. Vlachandreas, originally from Laconia, is in Greece with his 40-year-old son Petros to compete in this major marathon event. Both are seasoned marathon runners, with the father having completed thirty races so far and the son nine.
