Michalis Kazamias, a third-generation Greek expatriate living in Tanzania, joined “Our Global Voice” on Voice of Greece to share his remarkable story.
He spoke about his family’s forced departure from the country during the era of nationalizations — a time when they lost everything — as well as about the broader Greek community in East Africa. Most of all, he painted a vivid picture of life on his farm, where he cultivates mangoes in harmony with monkeys, baboons, hyenas, wild pigs, sheep, and dogs.
The conversation was hosted by Dimitris Kontogiannis.
