Nikos Frangos, founder and president of the Hellenic Institute of Cultural Diplomacy in Milan, spoke about the recent inauguration of the Institute’s new offices, as well as its upcoming events and initiatives, on Voice of Greece radio in the program “Our Global Voice” with Dimitris Kontogiannis.
Among the initiatives he highlighted was a collaboration with the Blind Union of Milan focusing on the Antikythera Mechanism.
He also referred to efforts by the Institute—and by himself personally—to bring together the Greek-Indian Chamber of Commerce and Economy with the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Italy and the Indian Business Forum Italy. At an event held under the auspices of the Institute, the Greek-Indian Chamber will present a platform through which European companies will be able to register and connect with Indian businesses via a shared database.
Frangos also spoke about the recent loss of the philhellene Enzo Terzi, a member of the Hellenic Institute of Cultural Diplomacy in Milan.
