He won the bronze medal at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, alongside Petros Gaidatzis, as part of the lightweight double sculls team in rowing.
Subsequently, at the World Championship in Canada, Antonis Papakonstantinou climbed to the second step of the podium.
The holder of a total of ten medals from European and World Championships as well as the Olympic Games joined his Voice with the Voice of all Greeks through ERT’s global radio station ‘The Voice of Greece’ on the show “Athletic Voice” with Grigoris Nanis.
