Athena, Dimitris, Gerasimos, Thanos, Nikolas, and their teacher, Vicky Karopoulou, from the 3rd Grade of the 1st Experimental Ralleio Elementary School in Piraeus, took us on a journey filled with spontaneity and liveliness to ships and seas around the world through the “Adopt a Ship” program they participate in via Project Connect.
They explained in their own unique way the significance and peculiarities of ships, the seafaring profession, its challenges, the ports, and the countries they discovered. Of course, they also highlighted the crucial role of the captain.
Moreover, they didn’t forget to send their wishes to our sailors by sharing the traditional Christmas carols they sent us.
