The program hosted Othonas Anastasakis, Director of the South East European Studies Centre at Oxford (SEESOX), who spoke about the research conducted by diaNEOsis on the Greek Diaspora in Germany.
The study was designed and authored by Manolis Pratsinakis of Harokopio University and the University of Oxford, Giouli A. Panagiotopoulou of the University of Cologne, Marilena Anastasopoulou of University College Dublin and the University of Oxford, and Othonas Anastasakis, also of the University of Oxford.
The authors examine key characteristics of Greeks from different migration waves, most recently that of the economic crisis of the 2010s, who live in Germany. They designed dozens of questions and collected responses from 855 Greeks living in Germany.
