On Thursday, 23 April, marking World Book Day, the program “Imprint” with Fuli Zavitsanou was dedicated to reading groups—an important institution of civil society that promotes a love of reading, knowledge, and meaningful communication.
The program featured Vivi Georgantopoulou, a pioneer in the establishment and networking of reading groups across Greece, and Dr. Evdokia Michalopoulou, coordinator of the “Vivliosynantiseis” Reading Group at the Greek Library of London.
Together, they discussed the history, operation, and importance of reading groups, both within Greece and among Greek communities abroad.
