On Thursday, 20 November 2025, “Imprint” with Fuli Zavitsanou welcomed to the Voice of Greece studio Thanassis Vassiliou, film director and professor of Cinema in France, on the occasion of the screening of his award-winning documentary Lo in Athens and other Greek cities.
Lo (in the Epirus dialect meaning “Σώπα” — “Hush”) is a journey through contemporary Greece, shaped by the director’s own lived experience. The film received the EKKOMED Award for Best First-Time Director at the 27th Thessaloniki Documentary Festival, and also won the Golden Crown of Megisti (GRAND PRIX) as well as the “Odysseus” Award for Best Documentary by a Greek Diaspora Filmmaker at the 10th Beyond Borders – Kastellorizo International Documentary Festival.
