On Thursday, 15 October 2026, “Imprint,” hosted by Fuli Zavitsanou, welcomed Theodora Patrona, professor of Anglophone Diasporic Literature in the School of English at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, to discuss the special feature on Australian literature she curated for the literary magazine “O Anagnostis.”
She spoke about the teaching and reception of diasporic literature in Greece, the process of identity formation in multicultural settings, and Australian literature written in English and Greek—its themes, movements, and contemporary trends. She also discussed the need to gain a deeper understanding of this distinctive and multifaceted literary field.
