The Minister of Digital Governance, Dimitris Papastergiou, discussed new digital applications that have been implemented or are underway in the Hellenic Cadastre, public health (such as the electronic patient record), and other sectors. He also touched on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) on the gov.gr website and elsewhere during his interview on the radio show “Our Global Voice” with Petros Diplas and Dimitris Kontogiannis on Voice of Greece.
Minister Papastergiou specifically highlighted the maps.ktimatologio.gr application and elaborated on the capabilities that a new digital tool will offer property owners, both in Greece and abroad, in the coming months. This new digital platform will enable property owners to view real-time online valuations of their property by drawing data from various government databases, including actual property transfer prices and other data, through the use of AI.
