“Five Times a Stranger” is the title of Vangelis Efthymiou’s documentary about artist Stavros Kotoulas, who has lived as a fugitive in five different countries against the backdrop of the historical landscape of post-war Europe. On the occasion of the screening of the film at the 25th Thessaloniki International Documentary Festival (Wednesday, March 8), director Vangelis Efthymiou was a guest in the studio of “Voice of Greece” on Monday, March 6, and had a discussion with Natasa Vissarionos about the life of Stavros Kotoulas, about shooting in places where the hunted artist once lived, about the future of Greek documentaries today.
