Ms. Korina Saia, CEO of Premier Realty, spoke on Voice of Greece and the program “Our Global Voice” with Dimitris Kontogiannis, about the growing interest among members of the Greek diaspora in purchasing real estate in specific parts of the country—particularly in Attica—according to a recent study by her company.
Ms. Saia, who returned to Greece a few years ago after living in Miami, Florida, noted that areas along the Athenian Riviera, such as Vouliagmeni and Voula, as well as the Northern Suburbs, attract the most interest from Greeks living abroad. These buyers are looking for properties that offer a combination of high quality of life and strong investment potential. She added that there is also interest in other regions—most notably the Cycladic Islands—from those seeking a holiday home.
