Sotiris Tsoukalas, a Greek-Brazilian businessman, spoke about the economic, political, and social situation in Brazil — and in the city of São Paulo in particular — as well as Brazilians’ feelings toward Greeks and the unique way people experience matches of Brazil’s national football team ahead of the World Cup kicking off in June, in an interview on Voice of Greece radio and the program “Our Global Voice” with Dimitris Kontogiannis.
Sotiris Tsoukalas, who was born in Brazil to Greek immigrant parents, also reflected on his family’s history, while drawing comparisons between the public utility companies and healthcare systems of the two countries.
