On the Friday edition of the programme, 14 November 2025, we spoke with Efthymis Lekkas, Professor of Natural Disaster Management at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and President of the Earthquake Planning and Protection Organisation (OASP), about the inspections carried out on public buildings — especially schools — regarding structural integrity and seismic safety.
After the newspaper headlines, we welcomed to the studio a young Greek composer and performer making her mark in France: Daphné Kritharas. Born in Greece to a Greek father and a French mother, she moved to France at the age of two, following her father’s passing, and grew up there, where she now works as a musician. Her visit to the studios of Voice of Greece came on the occasion of her first appearance in Greece with her band, at the Ground Stage of Gazarte on Friday, 21 November.
In the second hour, we had the pleasure of hosting the distinguished theatre and film director — and acting teacher — Dimos Avdeliodis, for an in-depth conversation and introduction to his work, prompted by the productions he is staging this season: theatrical adaptations of works by Georgios Vizyinos.
