On the Wednesday, 23 July 2025 episode, we began with an evening greeting from distant Australia. We connected live with Sydney to speak with the Greek Consul, Giannis Malikourtis, just days before the end of his term and his return to Greece. He shared his experiences from nearly three years in office, his relationship with the Greek diaspora, their concerns and aspirations, and the memories he’ll be taking back with him.
In the second hour, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Hector Charatsis, Biology professor and career guidance advisor. We discussed the nationwide university entrance exams, admission thresholds, students’ choices on the application forms, and what comes next—both for those who may not succeed and for those who won’t be admitted to their top-choice schools—right after Friday’s results announcement.
