“Fair Winds and Following Seas,” hosted by Antonis Karagiannakis, welcomed both active and retired sailors who shared their wishes and memories of celebrating Christmas and New Year’s while at sea. As part of the festive program, the Deputy Minister of Shipping and Island Policy, Mr. Stefanos Gikas, also sent his holiday greetings.
