On Thursday, 21 May 2026, at 12:00 Athens time, the program “Imprint” with Fuli Zavitsanou welcomed Vasiliki Petsa, writer and researcher of comparative literature, on the occasion of her lecture at the Research Centre for the Humanities titled “A Postcolonial Reading of Greek-Australian and Italian-Australian Literature.”
She spoke about her writing and research journey, diasporic literature beyond nostalgia and the idealization of the homeland, the complex layers and relationships among migrant communities in Australia, as well as their perspective toward the Indigenous Other.
