On Tuesday, April 30th, we connected to Lesvos, from where ERT’s correspondent on the island, Myrsini Tzinelli, talked to us about Easter on the island, the customs and traditions and the special experiences during spring of those lucky enough to be there for these holy days, with the special colors that nature takes.
Then, after the headlines, we welcomed to the studio Mrs Zoi Niomanaki, candidate for the European Parliament with “KOSMOS” in the European elections of June 9th. Mrs Niomanaki is another representative of expatriate Greeks, who lives and works in Germany, the child of second generation immigrants who was born in Thessaloniki, has two daughters and works as a social worker in structures dealing with refugees and migrants, unemployed and people of the LGBTQI+ community, fighting for their rights.
