On Thursday’s edition of “Take Your Time” (02 October 2025), we welcomed in the studio Despina Sinou, Assistant Professor of Public Law and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law, Political and Social Sciences at Sorbonne Paris Nord. Ms. Sinou – also a member of the Political Secretariat and Central Committee of SYRIZA–Progressive Alliance – spoke about the situation in the Middle East and the latest developments within the broader Center-Left in Greece.
In the second hour, ERT journalist Chrysostomos Loukas reported on developments in Gaza. In the final segment, we spoke with Vassilis Papastergiadis, President of the Greek Community of Melbourne, and closed with an interview on Greece’s demographic problem with Nikolas Karanikolas, Professor and Chair of the Department of Spatial Planning and Development at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, who presented alarming findings from his recent research projecting demographic trends for Greece in 2050.
