“Our Town” welcomes Tina Psalida—one of Greece’s leading violin soloists, as well as a conductor and singer—for an in-depth conversation with Themis Rodamitis.
The acclaimed musician speaks about her participation in a wide range of chamber ensembles and string orchestras, her collaborations with the Third Programme of Hellenic Radio and the Greek National Opera, and her contribution to the development of the Mykonos Music School, where she serves as a violin teacher and choir conductor.
During the broadcast, Tina Psalida performs live from Studio B of Hellenic Radio, playing the violin and singing for the listeners of Voice of Greece. Joining her are soloists Odysseas Konstantopoulos and Stavros Parginos in performances of works by Leonard Cohen, Morrissey, Ennio Morricone, Hans Zimmer, and others.
