On Friday, December 15th, we connected to Florina from where ERT correspondent Thomais Adamou conveyed beautiful festive images and informed us about the customs of the twelve days and everything related to tourist traffic in view of Christmas. Immediately after the headlines, Stathis Kalogeropoulos, director of the Athens Film Office of the City of Athens, informed us about the meeting taking place, on the initiative of the office, between European and American organizations, bodies and unions on the very important topic of “creators’ rights in the audiovisual sector”, on the afternoon of Friday, December 15th, at Serafio City of Athens.
After the international news from Ivana Djordjevic, at the beginning of the second part, we contacted Munich and talked with Mr. Thomas Goudoulas, president of the Association of Parents and Guardians of Munich and Surroundings, on the issue that has mobilized our expatriates in the region lately, and has to do with two Greek schools, one primary and one high school, risking being left homeless.
Then, Michalis Zionas, the director of the play with David Mamet’s “November” is a guest in the studio. The play is currently being performed at the Τzeni Karezi Theater and is a frantic and hilarious comedy, with elements of political satire and central character a not-so-fictional American president, who is trying to win his re-election, mixing the case of Thanksgiving and the… turkeys.
Katerina Theodoraki, representative of the sports club Apollon Triathlon from Rhodes then spoke to us about the 1st Flame Walk and Run that takes place in the city center of Rhodes on Saturday afternoon with the aim of supporting the FLOGA association for children with cancer.
At the end of the show, we spoke with the beloved performer, Vasilis Lekkas, who, these days, offers wonderful “folk rituals” in evenings dedicated to Stelios Kazantzidis and Vicky Moscholiou, along with Ioanna Emmanouil.
Antigone Drakatou closed the show with the sports news just before midnight.
