On Thursday, December 28th, 2023, we started with greetings from the island of Lesvos and ERT correspondent Dimitra Lahouri, who told us about the New Year’s Eve customs, with which Mytilinians say goodbye to the outgoing year and welcome the new year. Then, after the newspaper headlines, we talked to Konstantinos Markouizos, a road safety instructor, about road accidents, the causes and the initiatives of the Ministry of Citizen Protection for the tightening of penalties for specific traffic offences.
In the second part of the show, the president of the Federation of Hellenic Tourist and Travel Agencies, Lysandros Tsilidis, informed us about the tourist traffic of the day, from and to Greece, but also about the issues that the State has to face, in view of 2024, in an unpredictable context, due to international developments, especially in the Middle East region.
The show ended with a review of the past year in International spots by Ivana Djordjevic and in domestic Sports by Christos Kontos.
