Tasoula Vervenioti on “Imprint” about the 4th Oral History Festival | 23 Jan. 2025

On Thursday, January 23, 2025, “Imprint” with Fuli Zavitsanou met historian Tasoula Vervenioti, in connection with the 4th Oral History Festival titled “WOMEN – Without Subtitle,” which will take place at Technopolis, City of Athens, on January 24, 25, and 26.

She spoke about the importance of oral history in highlighting historical memory “from the bottom up,” the creation and continuous development of horizontal and self-organized Oral History Groups across Greece, which she has been instrumental in, and, of course, about the 4th Oral History Festival, which focuses on women as the quintessential “invisible” historical subjects.
