Broadcasting from the port of Bandar Abbas, at the narrowest point of the Strait of Hormuz on the Iranian side, she reported on the situation at the ports—through which transport operations continue, at least on a local level—for the hundreds of anchored vessels waiting for clearance to depart for their destinations, following the breaking of the American blockade.
She also sheds light on the country’s society, as she was among the few journalists who managed to obtain a visa, speak both with Iranian officials and ordinary citizens, and provide reporting from the other side.
