Annie Mitropoulou, Executive Director of the Cyclades Preservation Fund (CPF), speaks on “Fair Winds and Following Seas” on Voice of Greece about the 1st Greek Seagrass Forum—an initiative dedicated to the protection, conservation and restoration of seagrass meadows.
The forum takes place from 28 to 30 April 2026 at the French Institute of Athens, on the initiative of the Greek Islands Seagrass Alliance.
Participants include representatives of relevant Greek ministries, research institutions, environmental organizations, the academic community, local government, businesses active in the maritime and coastal sectors, as well as international organizations.
The program features keynote speeches, presentations, the showcasing of best practices at both Greek and Mediterranean level, as well as high-level thematic discussions.
