Nikos Frangos, President of the Hellenic Institute of Culture of Milan, was a guest in the studio of Voice of Greece, where he spoke about Christmas and New Year celebrations in Greece and Italy, as well as the differences in mentality and lifestyle between Northern and Southern Italy.
In his interview on Voice of Greece and the program “Our Global Voice”, hosted by Dimitris Kontogiannis, Nikos Frangos shared reflections shaped by his long-standing experience living and working between the two countries.
He also spoke about a major exhibition organised by the Hellenic Institute of Culture of Milan in collaboration with the Embassy of Greece in Italy, dedicated to the Antikythera Mechanism.
The exhibition will be hosted at the Milan Planetarium, as part of the Milan–Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, and will run from 02 February to 16 March 2026, under the auspices of the Municipality of Milan and the Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026.
At the exhibition’s opening on 04 February, academic Xenophon Moussas will deliver a lecture on the Antikythera Mechanism.
