On Thursday, 18 June 2026, we examined the developments following the signing of the agreement by Presidents Trump and Pezeshkian and discussed its potential to bring the conflict between the United States and Iran to a definitive end. Our guest was Alexis Lekakis-Kerkyraios, a PhD candidate in Iranian Foreign Policy at the Department of International, European and Area Studies of Panteion University.
This was followed by a conversation with Stratos Stratigakis, mathematician, researcher, and career counselor, who spoke about the choices facing university applicants and how they can prepare for completing their university admission forms once examination results are announced.

During the second hour, renowned singer Betty Harlafti joined us by phone to discuss two major concerts she will give in Miletus alongside Turkish composer and writer Zulfu Livaneli: on 20 June at the Temple of Apollo and on 21 July at the Didyma Amphitheatre. The first concert is being held in celebration of Livaneli’s 80th birthday.
The program concluded with actress and director Efi Pikoula-Vougiouklaki, who joined us in the Voice of Greece studio to discuss the upcoming production of Dimitris Psathas’ political satire Wake Up, Vasilis. The play will be performed by the Second Adult Theatre Workshop of the Municipality of Vrilissia on Saturday, 27 June, and Sunday, 28 June 2026, at the Aliki Vougiouklaki Theater in Vrilissia.
