This episode honors the distinguished poet and visual artist, whose untimely passing left a significant void in the cultural landscape. It highlights key moments from his literary and artistic journey, featuring rare archival material and insightful commentary.
Literary critic, translator, and author Titika Dimitroulia discusses his poetic legacy. Actor and director Renos Haralambidis shares reflections on Kakoulidis, including his unique and representative documentary “A Mad Straight Line,” from which an audio excerpt is aired. Selected poems are read by Lito Tsekoura.
Visual artist and professor at the Athens School of Fine Arts, Marios Spiliopoulos, speaks about Kakoulidis’ work in the visual arts.
