In the Friday edition of the show, 31 October 2025, following the review of newspaper and online headlines, we heard an interview with communication specialist Anna Kassimati, who spoke to Voice of Greece about artificial intelligence and how it may transform the fields of journalism and information, a topic she recently explored in a workshop during the Chania Film Festival.
In the second hour, we “travelled” to Melbourne, Australia, to meet Sotiris Sotiropoulos, journalist and publisher of the new magazine Apolis. Then, connecting with Cyprus, Christos Koromilas shared news of Paralympic swimmer Charalambos Taiganidis, who aims to break the world record in open-water swimming, setting off from Paphos and reaching Ayia Napa on Sunday at noon.
Finally, Greek-German director Kostas Papakostopoulos, speaking from Cologne, discussed the premiere of his new play “The Woyzeck Case”, presented that evening in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Greek-German Theatre.
