The one and only Andreas Lagos visited the Voice of Greece studio on the occasion of his new book “81 – Dishes with Greek Products.” He spoke about the sensations awakened by food made with local ingredients and about the unsung protagonists — the people who work the Greek land.
Also joining us in the studio was Giannis Papargyriou, President of the Association of Small Greek Wineries, on the occasion of the Artisanal Greek Wineries 2026 exhibition, which was held at the Zappeion Megaron on the weekend of 24 and 25 January, giving the public the opportunity to discover Greek wine through the craft of more than 70 small wineries from across Greece
