Three topics were featured in the program:
- Santorini at the heart of the Mediterranean’s volcanic wines. Markos Kafouros, President of Santo Wines, spoke about the cooperative’s participation in Sicily’s GRAPPOLI Wine Festival, developments in Santorini’s historic vineyard, and the challenges it faces today.
- London, Stockholm, and Oslo were the latest stops on a major roadshow promoting Greek wine. Sofia Perpera joined the studio to explain why these markets are becoming increasingly important and what opportunities they present.
- Can hospital food be reimagined? Iakovos Apergis, Executive Chef at Tzaneio Hospital, visited the Voice of Greece studio to discuss his culinary philosophy, his professional journey, and his book Syntagologio – Cooking & Health.
