The show traveled to Lesvos, which once again becomes the global meeting point of the international olive sector from 27–30 May 2026 with the 3rd International Olive and Olive Oil Conference, Elia Lesvos Confest.
Guest in the studio was Fotini Tirpintiri, creator and organizer of the conference, who spoke about its vision, international impact, and the way the olive tree represents the “soul” of the island. Also joining the program was award-winning Executive Chef Vasilis Leonidou, Head of Gastronomy for the Confest, who explained how premium olive oil can become the central protagonist of haute cuisine.
The celebration of Greek and international brewing, which was recently completed with great success in Athens, also came to the studio. Nikola Radisis, founder and director of the Greek Beer Awards, shared the atmosphere of the awards ceremony, the blind tastings conducted by international judges, and the rise of craft beer culture.
Also joining the discussion was Angelos Kaniatsakis, co-owner of Prototype Microbrewery of Thessaloniki, who spoke about how a passion for homebrewing evolved into a successful business and about the growing momentum of Greek microbreweries.
