“The Sweet Life” with Nikos Ioannidis and Natasa Vissarionos | 06 Mar. 2026

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the program hosted women working in the fields of gastronomy and hospitality. Chefs, sommeliers, restaurateurs and entrepreneurs shared with listeners whether they had experienced gender inequality and whether they faced difficulties establishing themselves in what has traditionally been a male-dominated field.

Argyro Koutsou, cook and restaurateur
Lili Halikia, sommelier and owner of an importing company
Sofia Koulakari, Director of the Imported Wines Department
Hyakinthi Tyrovola, sommelier, holder of the WSET Diploma and co-owner of a restaurant

In addition, Stavroula Nikolaou spoke about the three-day wine exhibition “Made by Her: Women in Wine & Creation” (06–08 Mar.).

The program also featured songs we love that celebrate women.
