“The Sweet Life” welcomes chef Stella Spanou, who introduces listeners to the rich cuisine of Thrace and Macedonia. The talented cook speaks about her collaborations, her experience as a culinary instructor, and her books, which showcase local gastronomy and the regional cuisines of Greece.
Also joining the show from Brussels, where she is permanently based, is chocolatier Mina Apostolidis, who for the third consecutive year has been ranked among the best chocolatiers in Belgium and Luxembourg by the prestigious Gault & Millau culinary guide.
Finally, winemaker Michalis Kontizas from Tinos discusses this year’s harvest and the varieties cultivated on the island.
