Oenologist and chemist Leonidas Nassiakos unfolded the wine-making story of three generations, as we explored together the multifaceted world of Moschofilero.
From the United States, chef Christos Bisiotis—the youngest Greek ever to cook at the White House—shared his experiences from there, as well as from renowned restaurants in New York and Florida.
Finally, Giorgos Loukas, sommelier and wine educator, guided us through OiNotika Pro, a two-day event dedicated exclusively to wine professionals, bringing the grape varieties of Crete to Athens (10 & 11 November).
