A two-hour gastronomic journey from New York to South Africa. Guests include:

– Argyro Saranti, a pastry chef based in New York who has delighted both the Greek diaspora and Americans with her Chios-inspired sweets.

– Lilly Chalikia, an experienced sommelier and importer, who guided us through the distinctive wines of South Africa. Together, we explored the unique terroir of the Western Cape and the grape varieties that make the difference.

– Aristotelis Panagiotaros, who combines two exceptional products—olive oil and chocolate—spoke about the historic Tobazi Estate, which is opening its doors to culture, as well as the collaborations he has developed in the regions of Galatas, Poros, and Methana, and the upcoming chocolate workshops he organizes.

– Peris Panagiotakopoulos invited us to Living Greek Wines, the distinctive Salon & Symposium organized by Wine Kiosk on 20 April in Athens.
