During the first hour, we talked about sake with Melina Antonopoulou and Kosmas Giannoulis of KOME. They taste, travel and seek out sake breweries large and small, with the aim of changing the way we see sake: in the glass, at the table and, above all, in good company.
In the second hour, Babis Askeridis joined us. He has experienced life in Japan, explored its kitchens and has now brought a taste of that experience to Athens.
