– Chef Dina Nikolaou, also known from her TV shows, with her new book “DINA’S BAKERY, MY BEST RECIPES”.
– Hara Strati, winemaker with organic wines from Andros native varieties.
-And Thanos Karathanos, distiller and professor at the University of Thessaly, with the ten-year-aged tsipouro he bottled just before the arrival of the new year.
