Haris Charalambidis from Gastronomy Essentials introduces us to “Le Grand Livre de la Mer”, the iconic French culinary edition by Alain Ducasse Editions — now available in Greek and distributed in Greece and Cyprus. This monumental work, known as the “Bible of Seafood,” is a cornerstone of French gastronomy. Charalambidis also talks about Gastronomy Essentials’ initiatives focused on professional training seminars for the foodservice industry.
Also joining the show is Sotiris Neophytidis, who recently earned one of the world’s most prestigious titles in the field of wine. He is now Cyprus’s first Master Sommelier.
