On this episode of ”The Sweet Life” the chocolate maker and photographer Giorgos Zarzonis is invited with his chocolate gruyere and chocolate with Vidiano wine lees;
and the award-winning pastry chef Spyros Pediaditakis with his creations using Greek flours and without any white sugar.
We are also joined by the wine connoisseur Giorgos Kanopoulos, on the occasion of the 10 years of the warehouse and the chef and writer Nikoleta Delatola Foskolou, and the culinary event “Ladies Masters”, who will share with us her knowledge of Tinos and Cyclades traditional cuisine.
