In the studio with us: nutritionist Vasilis Katsilas, presenting his new book that urges us to stop dieting, and Anthea Kotsi, who will talk about the 7th Lemnos Philema Festival of Gastronomy & Wine, this year focusing on sustainable tourism and its connection to gastronomy, as well as the 4th Kefalonia Wine Hub, themed around water scarcity—along with many other initiatives.
Also joining us is Mary Triantafyllopoulou, head of the National Wine Tourism Committee, who introduces the “Open Doors 2025” initiative (taking place over the weekend of May 17–18). And finally, in honor of International Museum Day on May 18, the director of the Salt Museum in Messolonghi, Depsina Kanelli, takes us on a special tour.
At the microphones: Nikos Ioannidis and Natasa Vissarionos.
Every Friday at 5 p.m., “The Sweet Life” sets the table for a show devoted to gastronomy and nutrition. With guests ranging from farmers and producers to nutritionists, chefs, food psychologists, and exhibition organizers, it highlights the richness of Greek products, their health benefits, and the forms of alternative tourism flourishing across the country. A two-hour celebration of the people who carry our culture and history through taste, wine, and the signature products of Greece.
