The first guest to set the tone in the studio was Haris Charalambidis, who took us on a journey to the City of Light, sharing impressions from a unique educational and gastronomic trip organised by Gastronomy Essentials for professional chefs.
Haris Charalambidis also introduced us to the philosophy of legendary chef Alain Ducasse, through the 135 recipes featured in the latest edition of ADN Ducasse.

The show also welcomed 23-year-old chef Giannis Liapakis, who earned the title of Young European Chef of the Year at a competition held in Barcelona.

Finally, we travelled to Dubai, where we met chef Thodoris Roubas, who introduces Arabic audiences to Greek cuisine. The restaurant where he works has been nominated for the What’s On Awards, in the Mediterranean cuisine category.
